Moving day! My new friend from yesterday and I got some tea thins morning together before we headed to the train station. Turned out even though she was heading to paris and I was going to amsterdam our trains were leaving from the same place half an hour apart. It was nice to have someone to talk to while we waited for the trains. My first train took me from london to brussels and then I had to change trains to go the rest of the way to amsterdam. This was actually quite easy to do and I had almost an hour to do it but not very much of the sinage was in English so it felt like it was going to be difficult. Both trains were quite pleasant, I didn’t even notice when we were going underwater to get from the UK to France.

I arrived in amsterdam just before 9pm local time and my hostel was just a quick ferry and walk away. It really only took me 10 minutes to get to it on foot which was great. I got checked in and crashed for the night. Didn’t actually do much today but I was in 4 different countries!
